DESCRIPTION
The Baratie is a unique sea-fairing restaurant located only a short distance from Loguetown and the entrance to the Grand Line! The early Strawhat crew made their way onto the Baratie to find a chef willing to join their adventure, eventually taking on the Baratie’s Sous Chef, Sanji, as their newest member. The Baratie’s design is unique to its role as a restaurant, featuring a set of fins that help stabilize the ship when deployed. Deploying the fins ensures the customer’s comfort during adverse weather and creates a buffer from incoming pirate attacks. The Baratie also features three large cannon barrels hidden in the mouth of the figurehead to engage attackers. The offensive and defensive capabilities of the Baratie dissuaded potential thieves from coming aboard and stealing food, yet, this made the ship a target for larger crews looking to take the Baratie as their own.
Included alongside the Baratie for accessories:
- Display Base
- Water Effect Part
Notable Attributes:
The Baratie and the rest of Bandai’s Grand Ship Collection make an excellent choice for modelers of any skill level to express their love for the series. This model ship is unlike any traditional model ship you’d find on the shelves of your local hobby shop, as the Baratie is a snap-build kit made for assembly without any tools required! Bandai designed each part to pop right off the runner without any nippers, and they included a thorough sheet of color-correcting stickers for a great display piece right out of the box. The lower hull of the Baratie easily separates from the rest of the ship, allowing builders to choose between showcasing the vessel in its entirety or just what’s above water level! You can also choose to display the Baratie with or without the fins attached, as Bandai made them easily removable!
THIS KIT INCLUDES:
- 5 Runners total (A1, A2, B, C, D)
- Total Piece Count – 49 Pieces
- Foil + Marking Stickers
- Materials – PS
- Japanese Instructions
