He maintains a warm and cheerful demeanor, often using quaint cowboy expressions like "Well butter my butt and call me a biscuit". Despite this amiable front, he is a deceptive spy who rarely reveals his true intentions and prioritizes Mr. House's goals above all else. His genuine intentions are ambiguous, making him an unsettling and mysterious figure in the Wasteland.
